BreyerFest 2024 Tickets Roadmap!

With less than six weeks to go until BreyerFest 2024, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about important deadlines regarding Special Run selections and tickets! As we prepare for the big weekend, we’d like to share a roadmap of important dates that will happen for ticket holders between now and July 12^th, the first day of BreyerFest.

Please note that all dates below are approximate and subject to change. In the case that any date changes, we will inform ticket holders of updated date(s).

Wednesday, June 5^th, noon EDT – Last day to purchase All-Access and Online Traditional Access tickets with the option to submit preference forms for your Special Run model selections. For more information on preference forms, please see this BreyerFest Blog post.

Wednesday, June 5^th, 12:30 pm EDT – All-Access and Online Traditional Access tickets with Wild Card (in-person) and randomly-selected (online) Special Runs go on sale. These tickets do not include the option to submit a preference form. All Access tickets will include two (2) Wild Card reservation tickets, which will allow you to select one model per reservation ticket from remaining inventory during BreyerFest weekend, and Online Traditional Access tickets will be assigned two randomly-selected Special Run models that will be available for them to purchase during BreyerFest weekend.

Monday, June 10^th – Preference forms will be emailed to all All Access and Online Traditional Access ticket holders who purchased their tickets before noon EDT on June 5^th.

Week of June 10^th – Digital VIP ticket packages will be emailed to all VIP ticket holders.

Wednesday, June 12^th, 5 pm EDT – Deadline to submit preference forms for All Access and Online Traditional Access tickets. If you do not submit a preference form, you will be randomly assigned two Special Run models per ticket.

Week of July 1^st – All in-person tickets purchased to date (All Access and General Admission) will be emailed to ticket holders, including Special Run reservation and/or Wild Card tickets.

On or about July 8^th – All in-person tickets purchased since July 1^st will be emailed to ticket holders.  At this point, ticket sales will move to our partner site through the end of BreyerFest weekend, July 12^th-14^th.
