BreyerMidwest is a Breyer-sponsored model horse event that includes model horse shows, model horse hobby workshops, demos, and more! Next year’s event takes place March 21-23, 2025 at the Saline County Livestock Expo Center in Salina, KS, in partnership with EquiFest of Kansas.
All events take place in Kenwood Hall, unless otherwise noted.

Important Event Information
- Registration for BreyerMidwest Model Horse Shows, Workshops, and the Swap Meet will open in early December 2024. Registrations purchased for BreyerMidwest on BreyerHorses.com are non-refundable after March 1, 2025.
- Guests will need to purchase a ticket to EquiFest of Kansas to attend BreyerMidwest. These tickets are SEPARATE from BreyerMidwest registrations and must be purchased directly from the Expo on site at the event.

BreyerMidwest has partnered with an amazing host hotel at our location in Kansas! A block of rooms has been set aside for BreyerMidwest participants. You may call the hotel directly and reference BreyerMidwest when making your reservations. The rate is $103/night for a single or double occupancy. This rate does not include breakfast.

Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery
The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery will be taking place at the host hotel on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 7:00 to 10 pm in the Sunflower Ballroom. Tables for this will be on sale when event registrations go on sale. Breyer retailers are NOT permitted to participate in the Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery. Please note – this hotel DOES NOT permit room sales.
