Inside (Virtual) BreyerFest!

We are kicking off another busy week here at HQ – and another big week right here on the BreyerFest Blog!

If you’re new to BreyerFest, or a long-time fan that didn’t participate in our Celtic Fling, hosted virtually in 2020, you might be wondering just what the heck BreyerFest will look like this summer.  While nothing is quite the same as being at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park, this summer’s BreyerFest: Horse of a Different Color is still going to be huge – and we can’t wait to bring it to life for you!

BreyerFest weekend will be a mix of live content, streamed on BreyerHorses.com (think of it like a morning news/talk show with a host and guests), plus tons pre-recorded content – much of which you’ll be able to access at your leisure during the three-day weekend.  This pre-recorded content will include workshops, seminars, horse demonstrations from our amazing equine guests, interviews with horse owners, virtual tours, access to amazing films through our partnership with the EQUUS Film & Arts Festival, and many other fun things. 

As well, BreyerFest will host model horse photo shows, model horse showing clinics, live model horse hobby workshops, live meet & greet sessions with artists, contests, and of course – shopping!

This sounds so exciting, I can’t wait! Will the live stud farm tours be running again this year? The opportunity to “visit” and ask questions about some of the best Kentucky horse farms was one of my favourite parts of last year’s virtual Breyerfest!

Let’s hear it for the team at Breyer that’s putting this all together! Events (virtual or not) have a lot of moving parts and I have no doubt that they’ve all been working incredibly hard for months to bring us this incredible event. Please give the entire Breyer team – social media, event coordinators, artists, H.R., logistics, etc – a huge round of applause from all of us at home – you all deserve it! <3

I’m so excited and happy about virtual BreyerFest! I was never able to go before due to health issues and sadly being extremely allergic to horses. So Celtic Fling was an amazing opportunity. Breyer please look into doing this in the future and thank you so much!!!

I’m getting so excited! Even if the circumstances may not have been ideal, I’m so happy that 2020 gave us the opportunity to have a virtual Breyerfest! I can’t afford to travel to KY, so Celtic Fling was such a great experience! I’m excited to see what 2021 holds, and even more excited to see what a virtual component will look like at future Breyerfests (even when the event is back at the KHP!)
