The 2024 Collector Club Event

Spokes & Spurs will be held May 3-5, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This event will be limited to 200 guests, and one purchase per selected Collector Club member. Participation is limited to members and their guest (aged 7 years or older). If selected at random for the chance to purchase tickets, each selected Collector Club member will be limited to one (1) purchase of no more than two (2) tickets in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below. Member may purchase one or two tickets.

These legendary Collector Club events are one of the highlights of the Breyer Collector Club experience, during which we offer special access to area attractions and exclusive models – it’s a weekend only Breyer could create! We are looking forward to an amazing weekend in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a quick reminder, only the ticket holder and the guest they were selected with as a winner may participate in the event including, but not limited to, the daily activities, Saturday evening Boots & Blossoms party, and Breyer Boutique. Tickets are non-transferable and ID’s will be checked at registration. Ticket holders will receive registration forms and liability waivers via email on or around January 29th, additional information will follow to confirmed guests. 

Please note that portions of this event will take place outdoors, around live horses, and involve walking short distances between facilities over grassy and uneven terrain. Please take this into consideration when deciding whether to purchase your ticket to attend. Friday, May 3rd 

12:30 to 3:00 pm – Event Registration at host hotel.
3:00 pm - Guests begin departing for the National Cowboy Museum

Saturday, May 4th 

9:00 am – 4:30 pm – Ranch Tours and Lunch
6:30 pm – Evening party and dinner at host hotel

Sunday, May 5th 

9:00 am to Noon – Breyer Boutique
Note: Please be sure your travel arrangements accommodate for this. Attendees will not be permitted to shop early to accommodate travel arrangements and models will not be shipped to guests.

What’s included in the $375 ticket?

• Admission to Spokes & Spurs tour locations
• The Event Traditional Scale Model, Wimpys Little Step, and the Event Stablemates model, Ned.
• Transportation to scheduled Friday and Saturday events – the Museum and both equine facilities.
• Admission and Hors d’ouevres Friday evening at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
• Admission to both equine facilities
• Boxed lunch on Saturday afternoon.
• Dinner at Saturday evening’s Boots & Blossoms party at the host hotel.

What guests are responsible for –
• Transportation to and from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to attend.
• Hotel accommodations at the host hotel. You may book your hotel room at a special, discounted rate using this link.
• Local transportation outside of what is provided by Breyer for scheduled events.
• Meals outside of what is provided by Breyer, outlined above.
• Purchasing event Special Run models (limited to 2 per person) during the Sunday morning Breyer Boutique.

Host Hotel

A block of rooms for Friday, May 3rd through Sunday, May 5th has been reserved for Breyer Collectors at the event’s host hotel, the Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City, OK. *Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. The Collector Club event (Spokes & Spurs) is limited to two hundred (200) participants. Participants are limited to Collector Club members and their guest. A limit of one (1) purchase of no more than two (2) tickets if selected by random drawing for the chance to purchase. Tickets are $375.00 each.
2. Entries must be submitted during the entry period (1:00pm EST 1/8/2024 until 11:59pm EST 1/11/2024). The one hundred (100) potential winners will be notified of their selection via email from BreyerHorses.com on or about January 15, 2024.
3. If selected, each potential winner will have the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) tickets for $375.00 each (limit two (2) tickets per Collector Club member). Ticket purchase must be made in a single purchase. If potential winner opts to purchase a single ticket, they will not be able to purchase a second ticket at a later date. Tickets include the event details as described in the itinerary, subject to change. In addition, event ticket holders will receive one (1) exclusive 2024 Spokes & Spurs Traditional scale event model "Wimpys Little Step" (Item B-CE-10031, ERV $250.00 USD) and one Stablemates scale event model “Ned” (Item B-CE-10017, ERV $75.00 USD). Ticket holder must be present at the event to pick up their models or they will be forfeited. Event models may not be picked up on behalf of ticket holders not in attendance. No models for this event will be shipped.
4. Payment must be received by 5:00 pm EST January 21, 2024. Individuals who are selected and contacted who are not available and/or have not completed their purchase and supplied requested information by 5:00 pm EST January 21, 2024, will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets and are automatically disqualified. The next individual on the wait list will be contacted. No exceptions.
5. By 5:00pm EST January 21, 2024, any unsold tickets will be offered to Collector Club members randomly selected from the wait list. Please do not call or email to see if you have been selected. We will contact by email those individuals who have been selected within 24 hours with instructions on how to complete their purchase.
6. Travel, meals (other than as expressly stated to the contrary above), accommodations, and travel costs to and from the host hotel are the sole responsibility of the guest.
7. You must be a current, valid Collector Club member to purchase tickets and attend. Tickets must be purchased using your name and email address only (name and email address on your current, valid Collector Club membership). Non-Collector Club members are allowed to attend as your guest. Children must be 7 years old or older to attend and Collector Club member accompanying any minor must be the parent or legally authorized guardian of such minor.
8. The name and email address of the guest of the Collector Club member entering (if entering with a guest) must be provided at the time of entry regardless of guest’s membership status in the Collector Club. The guest name cannot be changed after the entry has been submitted.
9. No Shipping & Handling will be charged as model(s) will be picked up at the event.
10. Each ticket buyer is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax on their purchase, as required by law. Laws and rates will vary according to the state indicated in the billing address. All models purchased at the event will be subject to the sales tax laws and rates of Oklahoma.
11. Final event information, including registration forms and liability waivers, will be emailed on or about the week of January 29, 2024. All information must be completed accurately, in full, and returned to Reeves at the address provided by February 2, 2024. All logistical details will be provided at or around that time.
12. Ticket purchases must be completed online at BreyerHorses.com. No other method of purchase is allowed.
13. This offer is excluded from all discounts, promotional codes, sales, special offers, and/or promotions.
14. Event attendance is subject to approval and contingent on completion of liability waiver and other information prior to attending the event regardless of whether ticket purchase was completed. Ticket purchase does not automatically guarantee entrance to the event. No one will be permitted to attend the event without a ticket. No one under 7 years of age will be permitted to attend the event. Reeves reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchases at any time, and/or cancel any ticket orders.
15. Event is limited to 200 ticket holders, total. If event tickets do not sell out by 11:59pm EST February 2, 2024 remaining tickets may be offered to general consumers/non-Collector Club members, in Reeves sole discretion.
16. All attendee information must be provided prior to attending the event. Names may not be changed. Tickets are issued in the name of the Collector Club member who has purchased their tickets using their valid Collector Club account and their named guest at time of entry. Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets may not be used for any promotional purposes whatsoever.
17. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered. Reeves reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an offer has been submitted and whether the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
18. Reeves is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails, incomplete/incorrect orders/purchases, including declined payment, and/or cancellation of orders due to missing, incorrect or incomplete information.
19. Reeves reserves the right to make changes to the product offerings, schedule, program, event, and/or ticket price at any time.
20. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
