Meet the 2022 Traditional Mid-Year Releases

We're already halfway through 2022, believe it or not - and that means it's time to announce the Breyer 2022 Mid-Year releases! We're adding three gorgeous new portrait models to the Traditional line, plus our new Hope benefit model and a selection of other new goodies. 

Vivaldi de Besilu, a beautiful bay Paso Fino, is the 2021 Confepaso Mundial (World Cup) Grand Champion Fino Stallion. He was also named the Paso Fino Horse Association’s Grand National Champion Fino Stallion from 2016-2020, and the National Champion Fino Stallion 2017-2020. "Vivaldi" competes performing the Classic Fino gait, which is considered the most elite level in the breed. Inducted into the Horse Stars Hall of Fame last year, this stallion is still making a name for himself in the show ring while also beginning his career as a sire, passing on his incredible natural gait, conformation, energy, and willingness to work to his foals. He'll also be joining us as a Guest Horse at BreyerFest this year!

Dutch Warmblood Get Rowdy boasts success in not one, but two careers! Originally started as an intermediate-level eventer to overall positive results, rider Heather Morris noticed that he lacked stamina on long courses, yet would consistently over-jump the jumps. After some training and testing in other disciplines, "Rowdy" is now gaining notice in the hunter ring! He was named the United States Equestrian Federation’s High Performance Horse of the Year for 2019 and 2020 for his consistent top placings in national hunter derbies. 

Battlefield Angel HP, known by many as "Ezra," is a 2012 Friesian Sporthorse stallion that's the total package - beautiful color, sweet temperament, and a talented competitor. At the 2021 International Friesian Show Horse Association World’s and Grand Nationals Championships, Ezra was named a two-time Grand Champion in Dressage, Grand Champion Dressage Sporthorse Stallion in Hand, and the Reserve Champion Friesian Stallion in Hand! At home, he is currently schooling 4^th level dressage and learning higher-level maneuvers like the Spanish walk and rearing on command. We're excited for him to join us as a Guest Horse at BreyerFest in July!

Our next edition of Hope supports PATH International and shows how horses change lives. Packaged in a special full-color sleeve and tray gift box, this colorful pinto Welsh Pony spreads her message of "hugs for everyone" with her heartwarming decorator pinto pattern. $1 from each Hope purchase supports the PATH International to give hope to all people in need through a variety of equine-assisted programs.

We also have exciting new additions in the Stablemates, Mini Whinnies, Craft and Activity, and CollectA lines!
