Embassy Suites Contest!

If you’re joining BreyerFest and staying at the Embassy Suites Lexington Coldstream on Newtown Pike, we wanted to let you know that they are offering their fun window decorating contest again!

These large-scale dioramas give Embassy Suites guests the chance to showcase their creativity along with some of their favorite models and look back over the last 35 years of some amazing BreyerFests!

As a little reminder, the rooms at the Embassy Suites have windows looking out into the hallways, giving guests the ideal spot to showcase their favorite horses. Some people even go as far as creating elaborate dioramas for their windows!  You can get as creative and inventive as you'd like! We’re already looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.

The Embassy Suites is providing wonderful prizes, including Amazon gift certificates and a free night stay at the hotel. Prizes and official rules are below.

The Embassy Suites Lexington Coldstream on Newtown Pike is running the contest, so please contact the hotel directly for more information or any questions. You can also ask at the front desk when you check into the hotel.

Prizes
•    1st Place - $100 Amazon gift certificate
•    2nd Place - $50 Amazon gift certificate
•    People's Choice - A gift certificate for a free night stay at the hotel

Official Rules
•    You may use any purchased materials, but the display must have at least three Breyer Models.
•    The displays are restricted to the window only. Please do not flow into the hallways.
•    We will only judge what can be seen through the window
•    Nothing on the walls or windows is permitted. Tacks, tape and markers are prohibited.
•    Please no glitter or candles.
•    DO NOT hang ANYTHING from Sprinkler Head in Rooms.
•    Judging will be done Saturday morning.
