Get ready to put on those party hats, raise your glasses, and say “Cheers!” because Breyer Model Horses is celebrating its 75th Anniversary July 11-13, 2025!  BreyerFest: Cheers to 75 Years will be celebrating all the incredible things Breyer has done since its inception in 1950.  From celebrating iconic vintage molds and colors to newer sculpts and painting techniques fans will get to dive into the history of the company and learn why after 75 years Breyer has maintained its position as the premiere brand of model horses and collectibles, with an unmatched commitment to authenticity, quality and realism.

The intersection of the real horse world and the model horse world, BreyerFest hosts thousands of families and fans that gather to celebrate the real horses that inspire our models.  A truly unique experience, BreyerFest offers live equine demonstrations, meet & greets with our guest horses and their owners and trainers, model horse hobby workshops, seminars, and many hands-on Hobby demos bringing together all areas of the model horse world.  BreyerFest is the perfect family festival. Guests spend the day meeting horses, taking pony rides, painting their very own Stablemates® model, visiting the petting zoo, and shopping our incredible Vendor Marketplace! 

As a part of the celebration of this milestone anniversary, we are re-vamping key areas of BreyerFest, including the activities taking place at the Clarion Hotel and the Vendor Marketplace at the KHP.  For 2025, we will be once again offering retailers space on the concourse of the Covered Arena or in tented spaces in the adjacent parking lot.  (See the map on the application for location information.)  Vendors on the concourse of the Covered Arena will be located on the west side of the arena to accommodate the 75^th Anniversary Breyer Experience on the east side of the Covered Arena (this is the side of the Arena where the Breyer Store has been).  Tented vendors seeking a 20 x 20 vendor space will be in their own individual tent, with walls on all sides.  Tented vendors seeking a 10 x 20 vendor space will share a 20 x 20 tent with another vendor, but will have a center dividing wall, and will have four exterior walls.

Due do a limited number of booth spaces, we cannot reserve any spots in advance without payment information.  All applicants must email at least four (4) images of the items they will be selling as a part of their application, but may submit more than that if desired.  Applications that do not contain photos will not be considered.  Reeves reserves the right to approve or deny any application, at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, to limit the number of vendors within certain retail category types.  Feel free to direct questions to Assistant Events Manager Kathryn at kmcdermott@reevesintl.com.

Applications with photos must be received by April 18, 2025; all applications will be reviewed after that date. Confirmations and notification of payment processing will be e-mailed out after April 28, 2025.
