¡Salud! - The 2025 Breyer Ambassador Model
Meet this unique model that will be awarded to Breyer volunteers, artists and content creators throughout the year!
Between the Kentucky Horse Park and the Clarion and the partner hotels, there are so many people visiting BreyerFest that need to be in so many places we hope you’re taking advantage of our shuttle service!
If you’re new, BreyerFest offers guests four different shuttle routes to get them from place to place both within the Kentucky Horse Park during the day and to the Clarion for the evening activities. This shuttle service is free for guests to use and we hope you take advantage of it!
All shuttle stops at the KHP are staffed with a volunteer attendant all day during BreyerFest weekend to answer questions, provide directions, and make sure you get where you’re going.
The daytime shuttle at the KHP operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during BreyerFest hours, including for the evening show (except Sunday) and the evening shuttle for the Clarion operates Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. There is NOT daytime shuttle bus service from the partner hotels or the Clarion to the Kentucky Horse Park.
At the Kentucky Horse Park
Blue Route – This route operates between the Alltech Arena main entrance and the BreyerFest main entrance/ticket booth only. This route is intended to transport guests who are parked in the overflow parking up at the Alltech Arena in the morning down to the ticket booth for admission to the event, or to transport those guests back to their cars in the afternoon. This is also a quick way to get to your workshop up at the Alltech Arena if you’re registered for a workshop at BreyerFest, or to get to the evening show.
Stops are marked with tall blue and yellow SHUTTLE feather flags and route signage and will either be in a Breyer-branded tent or a gazebo. This route operates from approximately 9 am to the conclusion of the evening show Friday and Saturday (4 pm on Sunday) and only makes these two stops. Shuttle departs either location approximately every 15 minutes.
Red Route – This route is the Kentucky Horse Park loop and buses make stops at EIGHT locations throughout the KHP:
· The Visitor Information Center/KHP entrance
· BreyerFest Main Entrance/Ticket Booth (this stop is across from the American Saddlebred Museum and is not quite AT the ticket booth)
· Celebration Park on Rolex Lane (out past the Beer Garden)
· The intersection of Nina Bonnie Blvd and Lee Cholak Rd, which is near where Event Model Handout will be this summer.
· The intersection of Nina Bonnie Blvd and Jay Trump Dr, which is near Barn 5 of BreyerFest guest horse stabling
· The Info Booth/Help Desk at the South Expo Hall of the Alltech Arena, where workshops are held
· The main entrance of the Alltech Arena
· The North Expo Hall, where the Model Horse shows are hosted.
All stops on the Red Route are marked with tall blue and yellow SHUTTLE feather flags, route signage, and will be either in a gazebo or a Breyer-branded tent, except for the North Expo Hall, which is just a feather flag and does not have an attendant. Buses will service these stops approximately every 15 minutes from 9 am until 6:30 pm and then all internal KHP shuttles will run directly between the Alltech Arena and Main BreyerFest Entrance at the conclusion of the evening show until 9 pm.
