BreyerFest Swap Meet

Friday July 11 & Saturday July 12, 2025

The 2025 Swap Meet will be held on Friday, July 11^th and Saturday, July 12^th in the Clarion Hotel Derby/Preakness Ballrooms!  The Swap Meet is the perfect place for an individual looking to sell older, vintage, or surplus Breyer models, tack, and accessories.  The doors will open to the public at 7:30 pm and will close promptly at 11:00 pm each evening.  Applications must be received by April 18, 2025; all applications will be reviewed after that date.  Confirmations will be emailed out after April 28, 2025.  Applying sellers can also choose to add on a listing for our Virtual Marketplace at the time of their in-person application.  All accepted sellers will be listed in the BreyerFest program.

The Swap Meet is NOT open to Breyer retailers, customizers, or artists.  Retailers are invited to sell at the BreyerFest^® Marketplace, and Artists and Customizers are welcome to participate in the Artisans’ Gallery. Current 2025 Breyer merchandise (including Event Models, Special Runs, and Limited Editions) is not permitted to be sold or traded at the Swap Meet. Thank you for understanding.

You must be a BreyerFest VIP or All-Access ticket holder prior to your application submission to be considered for the Swap Meet. Only one seller per application is permitted and there is a two-table per night limit. Helpers and attendees do not need a ticket to attend or shop. All additional shelving brought by an exhibitor must be properly secured or, at the sole discretion of Breyer, you will be asked to remove it.  All table assignments are final and exhibitors are not permitted to change their table location without the express permission of Breyer.

Set-up for all exhibitors is 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm on the day you are exhibiting. Please be sure to have your area set up at least 30 minutes prior to the opening of the Swap Meet each night.  If you are exhibiting both nights, you are welcome to leave your table area set up until strike on Saturday night.

Payments can be made by credit card only. We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express.  We can no longer take Discover cards.  Any applicants that are not accepted will not be charged.  You must email at least four (4) photos of the items you will be selling to kmcdermott@reevesintl.com at the time of your application for your inquiry to be considered.  DO NOT mail physical photos or your application.  Breyer reserves the right to use these photos for promotional purposes.

Fee:                 $60: One (1) table (approx. 6’ x 30”), two chairs PER NIGHT

$90: Two (2) tables (approx. 6’ x 30”), four chairs PER NIGHT
