TICKET QUESTIONS

When do tickets go on sale?

ALL BreyerFest tickets will be on sale in March 2025.  All ticket types will be first come, first served.  The purchase of VIP tickets will be limited to a maximum of two per cart, but not limited by account or address.

Do I need an account on BreyerHorses.com to buy tickets?

Yes.  All ticket buyers must have an account on BreyerHorses.com prior to purchasing their tickets to ensure their account has access to the event, even if you are attending onsite.  Creating an account is FREE and EASY and you can do so here.

If you are buying tickets for your family or a group of friends, only the buyer needs a BreyerHorses.com account, but only that account will have access to virtual content or shopping.  If you want multiple people in your family to each have access to virtual content or shopping, they will each need to have their own account and purchase their tickets on each individual account.

Do I need to pay for shipping on my BreyerFest tickets?

No, there is no shipping charge for BreyerFest tickets so long as they are the only item(s) in your cart.  Do not purchase any other Breyer product when you are purchasing your BreyerFest tickets.

When will my tickets be mailed?

BreyerFest tickets are electronic!

No tickets will be physically mailed.  Buyers will receive an email for each ticket they purchase that contains their master QR code for all items related to that ticket.  There will not be individual QR codes in 2025.

So, if you purchase a VIP ticket, you will receive one master QR code that can be redeemed for your admission to the KHP, your Celebration Horse, your Event Stablemates 4-pack, your pre-paid Special Runs and Limited Edition models, your VIP swag, and the evening Celebration of Horses show.

If you purchase an All-Access ticket, your master QR code will work for your event admission, your Celebration Horse model, your two Special Run models (either reservations or Wild Card depending on when you purchase your tickets), and your evening Celebration of Horse show admission.

If you purchase a General Admission ticket, your master QR code will work for your event admission, your Event Stablemate model, and your evening Celebration of Horses admission.

How do I get my admission wristband?

We will not be doing admission wristbands in 2025.  All guests can be scanned in and out of the KHP using their master QR code.

What if I order more than one ticket on my account?

If you ordered multiple tickets or multiple types of tickets on the same account, you will receive an email for EACH TICKET you purchase on that account.  If you order on multiple accounts with different email addresses, your tickets will be emailed to the email address associated with each account.

What information will my Master QR code contain?

If you purchase a VIP ticket, you will receive one master QR code that can be redeemed for your admission to the KHP, your Celebration Horse, your Event Stablemates 4-pack, your pre-paid Special Runs and Limited Edition models, your VIP swag, and the evening Celebration of Horses show.

The only QR code that can be scanned multiple times is the admission code, which can be scanned both as you enter and exit the KHP each day of BreyerFest.

How do I get my models with these digital tickets?

You can either print your tickets at home and present paper tickets to BreyerFest staff to scan or you can add them to your phone’s digital wallet and have them scanned off your phone. Screenshots are also an option! Since each master QR code is unique to the person presenting it, any of these methods is perfectly acceptable to redeem your tickets.  Once a code is scanned for a particular item, it cannot be scanned again for that item.

Will I have access to virtual components of BreyerFest (including online only models) if I purchase my tickets on site at the KHP?

No, guests who purchase their tickets onsite at the Kentucky Horse Park will not be tagged for access to virtual components of BreyerFest, including the virtual BreyerFest store and online-only Limited Editions. If you would like to have access to BreyerFest virtual content, please be sure to purchase your tickets prior to mid-June.

Do General Admission ticket holders have access to virtual components of BreyerFest?

Yes, ALL ticket types will have access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping, provided those tickets are purchased in advance of the June Will Call cutoff.

Can I trade my Special Run Tickets?

We DO NOT recommend trading QR codes with other BreyerFest attendees. Each master QR code is unique and cannot be scanned multiple times for the same item. There is no way of knowing if a QR code has been scanned, so we discourage guests from trading tickets.  If you are looking to trade we recommend trading actual models, not tickets.

Is my General Admission ticket for one day only?
  • All BreyerFest tickets are for all three days of the event. General Admission tickets include the Event Stablemates.
  • General Admission tickets will be on sale in February 2025 when all BreyerFest tickets go on sale.
  • Event Stablemates models for General Admission ticket holders are “Gambler’s Choice” (randomly selected) and must be picked up at BreyerFest.  Your tickets will be emailed, which will include model redemption tickets in the form of unique scannable QR codes.

MODEL QUESTIONS

What is the Celebration Horse?

The Celebration Horse is a Traditional scale (1:9) portrait model of our celebrity horse for the year. VIP and All-Access ticket buyers will receive a digital model redemption ticket for this model, which can be redeemed at either the VIP Tent or Event Model Handout, depending on your ticket type. Tickets can be redeemed at any point over the weekend so there is no need to stand in any long lines!  Your models are reserved for you.

What are Event Stablemates models?

An Event Stablemates model (1:32 scale) is included with each General Admission ticket. These models range from beautifully designed realistic patterns, to fantasy colors, to portrait models of real horses, depending on the theme of each year’s event – the total number of variations changes from year to year. The models are available as “Gambler’s Choice” to General Admission ticket holders, meaning each ticket holder will receive one randomly-selected model from the line-up.  General Admission Ticket holders will be emailed a digital redemption ticket to redeem for their model at the Event Model Handout Tent. Tickets can be redeemed at any point over the weekend so there is no need to stand in any long lines.

A complete set of Event Stablemates models is included with each VIP ticket, the digital ticket for which must be redeemed at the VIP Tent at any time over the weekend, not at Event Model Handout.

The purchase of multiple General Admission tickets will not guarantee you will receive a complete set at the redemption tent.  Models are selected at random.

What are Limited Edition models?

Formerly the “Store Special” and “Pop-up store” models, Limited Edition models include special edition 1:9 scale portrait horses and a variety of models themed to the event that typically includes a Freedom Series-scale (1:12) model, a Stablemates-scale (1:32) model, a plush, a crystal model, and any other fun things we might think of!

These models will be available for purchase at the BreyerFest Store in the Covered Arena, while supplies last.

What are Special Run models?

Special Run models are available to VIP and All-Access in-person ticket holders. The total number of models offered varies from year to year, but typically there are at least 8 different options, including a non-horse animal option. Within each option we may or may not have included some surprises - like ½ the run is glossy or the entire model is a Surprise! With the "Surprise” model option you won't know anything about the model you are getting until you open it after you turn in your redemption ticket and purchase the model on site.

Special Run models are not included with the cost of your ticket; they must be purchased at an additional cost.

How many models can I buy?
  • VIP ticket holders are able to purchase two (2) Special Run models and two (2) Limited Edition models per ticket. VIP ticket buyers must select and purchase their Special Run and Limited Edition models at the time of their ticket purchase.  This selection is guaranteed.  Models must be picked up at BreyerFest using the redemption tickets in your ticket email.
  • All-Access ticket holders may purchase up to two (2) Special Run models per All-Access ticket purchased, whether you submit a preference form in June or not.
  • Guests who purchase their All-Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline in June will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form.
    • Models will be assigned to these ticket holders based on their preferences and model availability, determined by their place in the virtual line.
    • Accounts with multiple tickets can either submit individual preference lists for each ticket, or one master list to be used across all tickets on the account.
    • Special Run Redemption tickets with be emailed in the form of scannable QR codes that can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest.
    • Models must be paid for at BreyerFest.
  • All-Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets after the preference form deadline will receive “Wild Card” Special Run tickets in the form of scannable QR codes, which can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest.
    • “Wild Card” Special Run tickets are each good for one Special Run model from remaining available inventory. Not all options may be available, but with so many beautiful models to choose from, there is sure to be something everyone will enjoy.

All in-person ticket holders will all have access to the Limited Edition models during BreyerFest weekend.  Guests may purchase a limit of one (1) of each item per transaction, but there is no limit on the number of transactions you may make over the course of the weekend.

OTHER QUESTIONS

I am not getting emails from Breyer.  Help!

If you find that you are NOT getting emails from Breyer when we say emails are going out, it’s likely that at some point you unsubscribed from Breyer emails.  Unsubscribing from one email list unsubscribes customers from ALL our lists, so if you’re worried about getting emails, you can re-subscribe at www.BreyerHorses.com on the account creation page.  We recommend you do this if you don’t want to miss any important communications!
