Selling At BreyerFest

Selling At BreyerFest

In case you missed it, the application period to be a vendor at BreyerFest is currently open!

If you’re a boutique or store owner, or even an individual seller with a small business, the BreyerFest Vendor Marketplace is a great opportunity to get your merchandise in front of thousands of horse crazy fans!

You can learn more about being a part of the Vendor Marketplace at BreyerFest and apply here.

As well, now that tickets are on sale, the applications for the in-person Swap Meet and Artisans’ Gallery are now open!  As soon as you’ve got your tickets secured, you can learn more about these different selling opportunities and apply here.

Fans who would like to participate as virtual sellers, either in the Marketplace or the Artisans' Gallery, can learn more and apply here.

Please be sure to read the application carefully!

As a reminder, only registered sellers are permitted to sell items at BreyerFest.  We understand that swaps of Special Run models is one of the fun parts of BreyerFest, so fans looking to trade their models can do so in the grassy area along Nina Bonnie Blvd between Barn 7 and the shuttle stop, which is right behind where the Special Run Line will be this summer.

Unfortunately, unregistered sales are not permitted at the Kentucky Horse Park within the footprint of BreyerFest due to state commerce laws and individuals may be asked to leave the event by either BreyerFest staff or the KHP Police.  As well, unregistered sellers are not permitted to engage in sales or swaps at the Clarion within the Bluegrass Pavilion convention space, including the Convention Center lobby.  Guests found to be engaging in unregistered sales activities will be asked to leave by BreyerFest staff or hotel management.

Do you plan on creating a BreyerFest app like you did last year or upgrading the current one to feature this year’s models, events, etc.?
