BreyerFest Artisans’ Gallery

Friday & Saturday, July 11 & 12, 2025

Breyer Animal Creations^® is proud to offer a unique event showcasing the talented artists from the world of model horse collecting and beyond! The in-person BreyerFest Artisans’ Gallery will be held only Friday and Saturday evenings in 2025 at The Clarion Hotel in Lexington. The application is due by April 18, 2025; all applications will be reviewed after this date.   Confirmations will be emailed out after April 28, 2025.  Accepted artists for the in-person event will automatically be included as a part of the Virtual Artisans’ Gallery online.  Please be sure to include your website url on the application.  All accepted sellers will be listed in the BreyerFest program.

Media may be original sculpture, bronze, wood, resin, clay, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, oil painting, pencil portraiture, custom tack, and customized Breyer models. Subject should be equine-related, but may also include other animal subjects as well.

You must be a VIP or All-Access ticket holder prior to your application submission to be considered for the Artisans’ Gallery.   Please include your ticket order # on the application.   Shoppers at the Artisans’ Gallery do not need to be BreyerFest ticket holders.

Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance into the Artisans’ Gallery. Payments can be made by credit card only. We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express.  Please note that we can no longer take Discover cards.  Applicants that are not accepted will not be charged. Pictures of your work must be submitted to Breyer with your completed application and full payment for consideration; see application below for details on submissions. 

Please take note of the new hours for Friday and Saturday evenings at the Clarion Hotel.  As well, Breyer will be offering free shuttles to the Clarion from the KHP and select partner hotels on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5 pm to 11:00 pm.  These partner hotels are listed in our From the Horse’s Mouth Guide to BreyerFest.

Set up:             Friday, July 11              3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Hours:              Friday, July 11             7:30 pm – 11:00 pm

                        Saturday, July 12         7:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Strike:              Saturday, July 12          11:00 pm – Midnight

Fee:                 $150: One (1) table (approx. 6’ x 30”), two (2) chairs

$200: Two (2) tables (approx. 6’ x 30”), four (4) chairs
