Breyer Photo Shows!

Breyer Photo Shows: Boot Camp & BOO!

In addition to many in-person model horse showing opportunities BreyerFest has to offer fans this summer, we are also thrilled to announce that we will once again be hosting Breyer Boot Camp and BOO!, Breyer’s Online Open Photo Show.

Both of these shows will be taking place online on our partner platform PonyBytes, and anyone can join in the fun – you do NOT need to be a BreyerFest ticket holder to enter! Registration for these shows will be located in the "Other Events" section of the Events tab on BreyerHorses.com.

Breyer Boot Camp is Breyer’s novice-level photo show hosted by Liz Isham Cory and Jamie Rott, intended for people at least 15 years old who are looking to learn about model horse showing and who have never shown in BOO!, North American Nationals, or a Breyer-sponsored Open show. Hosted online this spring, participants may show original finish Breyer and CollectA horses (including decos!) and animals only, and top winners in the show will be guaranteed the opportunity to show in the BreyerFest Open show this summer if they choose to!

You can read the complete show packet for Boot Camp here on PonyBytes, including the lineup of awesome judges for this year!

1st to 10th place flats will be awarded for each class and Sectional and Overall Champions and Reserve Champions will receive rosettes! Overall Champs and Reserve Champs will also receive a fun prize model from Breyer!

BOO! Breyer’s Online Open Photo Show, hosted on PonyBytes this fall by Liz LaRose and Julia Turner, is for experienced model horse showers looking to show their original finish and custom plastic Breyer and CollectA models. You can participate in this show even if you participate in the BreyerFest Open Model Horse Show in Kentucky this summer! This is also a great show for folks who participated in Boot Camp, the BreyerWest Youth & Novice show, and/or the BreyerFest Youth Show to practice showing at the open level before venturing into their first live open model horse show. Please note that once you participate in BOO!, you’re no longer eliigble to show in Boot Camp or other Novice/Children’s/Youth-level shows hosted by Breyer.

You can read the complete show packet for BOO! here on PonyBytes, including this year’s amazing judging roster!

Registration for both these shows will open Friday, March 22!  Please make a note of these important dates if you plan to participate.
