BreyerMidwest Final Reminders!

We cannot wait to gather with fans next weekend in Salina for BreyerMidwest!  Here are some final reminders to prepare you for the weekend –

EquiFest

Kids 12 and under are FREE to attend, but still need a wristband.  More information about EquiFest can be found here.

Event Special Run Model Pickup

Fans who have pre-purchased their Glossy Marc of Charm models can pick him up any time during the weekend at the Breyer tables in Kenwood Hall (where BreyerMidwest is located).  Please be sure to have your ID on you when you come for pick up.  For kids, a school ID is fine.

We are thrilled to be offering attendees of BreyerMidwest this Special Run model and know you will love adding this glossy guy to your herd!

Open Show

If you are showing at the Open Show, the main box office at the Tony's Pizza Events Center will be open at 7:30 am for showers to purchase their tickets to EquiFest.  There will not be a point of sale for tickets at Kenwood Hall, so please head to the TPEC first thing before coming to Kenwood Hall to set up for the show.  Please do not arrive at Kenwood Hall before 8 am; no one is permitted in Kenwood Hall before the 8 am start time.  The show will start at 9 am giving everyone plenty of time to get set up.

Workshops

If you are registered for a workshops, please check in for your session at the Breyer tables prior to heading to your class.  Check in for classes will begin approximately 15 minutes before the start of each session; please do not be late.  If you can’t remember what you’re registered for, please check your order history on your account on BreyerHorses.com.

Swap Meet & Artisans Gallery

Taking place at the Holiday Inn Salina on Saturday evening, everyone is welcome to come shop!  It will be in the Sunflower ballroom space from 7 pm to 10 pm and will be packed with artists, re-sellers, and hobbyists.  Even if you don’t buy anything, it’s still a great evening to come meet folks and have a good time.

Youth & Novice Show

If you are showing at the Sunday Youth & Novice Show, please be sure to purchase your tickets to EquiFest on Saturday (for Sunday) if you did not get a full weekend pass.  As a reminder, kids 12 and under are free to attend EquiFest, but still need a wristband.  No one is permitted in Kenwood Hall before 8 am.  The show will start at 9 am giving everyone plenty of time to get set up.

As well, there are still a few spots available, so if you missed the window to register, that’s ok!  We will be taking a handful of on-site registrations on Friday and Saturday and you can chat with our show manager and stewards to make sure you have all the paperwork you need to participate!
