VIP Ticket Reminder!

There are so many fabulous perks of being a BreyerFest VIP Ticket holder! From guaranteed model selection to exclusive swag, you are sure to feel truly important all weekend long.

To give fans an idea of what a day at BreyerFest could look like for one of our VIPs, we put together this fun schedule of activities that will make your weekend at BreyerFest a breeze. If you’re on the fence about getting yourself a VIP ticket to BreyerFest, we hope this tips the scales for you!

9:00 am – Show up to the Kentucky Horse Park and enjoy free parking that’s included with your ticket. Get your QR codes ready and breeze through the entry gates.

9:30 am – No need to rush right to the VIP Line in the Special Run tent!  Your models are reserved for you all weekend long. Instead, why not walk around and take in all the amazing things BreyerFest has to offer? Take a walk up to the stalls to say good morning to this year’s guest horses, grab a delicious cup of cold brew coffee from our partners at Castle and Key in their adorable converted horse trailer, or peruse the Hands-On Hobby Tent to learn more about the model horse hobby!

10:00 am – Enjoy the equine entertainment in the Covered Arena and be moved by all the wonderful tales of triumph. Watch Celebration Horse Athenian Lady show off her beautiful western dressage movements and listen to her story of how a neglected rescue turned world champion. Or watch Alan a Day's Work show off his jumping skills and see why he is advocating for mules to be allowed at rated horse shows!

If you’ve registered for any of this weekend’s exclusive VIP workshops, be sure to allow at least 15 minutes to get from the area around the Covered Arena to the South Expo Hall of the Alltech Arena where workshops are hosted. You can confirm when your session is here. 11:00 am – While you’re in the Covered Arena, head on over to the Vendor Marketplace and shop for some fun finds such as equine jewelry, vintage Breyer models, or beautiful art. And if you can’t find anything that tickles your fancy there, you can head over to one of the two BreyerFest Stores to shop for any additional Limited Editions you didn’t purchase with your ticket – or shop for exclusive event merchandise and see what exciting things from HQ you uncover in the elusive warehouse finds!

12:00 pm – Feeling a bit hungry? Head on over the bridge between the Hands-On Hobby Tent and the Collector Club Tent to Celebration Park and enjoy a bite to eat from our various food vendors. While you’re there, spend some time in the shade of our Beer Garden tent and enjoy some refreshments while listening to live, local music.

1:00 pm – Now that the morning rush is over and the line is sure to be shorter, head on over to the Special Run Tent and look for the exclusive VIP Line. Your models are reserved for you, so you can pick them up at any time that is convenient for you and your schedule. Get out your QR codes (either on your smartphone or printed out) and breeze through the line as you pick up your pre-paid Special Run and Limited Edition models. You can also pick up your Celebration Horse, Event Stablemates Still Bejeweled 4-Pack, and VIP Swag Pack!

3:00 pm – After dropping your models off in your car, head on over to the Autograph Tent to take your picture with your favorite horse and have your model signed by their owner! The stables will have plenty of breeds for you to see and meet, from Friesians to Fell Ponies and Paints to Paso Finos. There is a horse waiting to meet you!

5:00 pm – Head on over to the Alltech Arena to secure some great seats for the Celebration of Horses Evening Show. Be dazzled by the fabulous production of Sylvia Zerbini, world renowned Grande Liberte performer!

8:00 pm – While you are relaxing in your hotel after a great day at the KHP, enjoy recaps of the Live Broadcast and browse through Virtual BreyerFest! Access to the virtual event is included with your VIP ticket.
