Master QR Codes

Master QR Codes

Yesterday, we mentioned that all in-person ticket buyers for BreyerFest would only be receiving one master QR code that will serve as their ticket to BreyerFest.

So, what does this mean?

Buyers will receive an email for each ticket they purchase. This email will contain their master QR code for all items related to that ticket. There will not be individual QR codes for specific models or other items in 2025.

If you purchase a VIP ticket, you will receive one master QR code that can be redeemed for your admission to the Kentucky Horse Park, your Celebration Model, your Event Stablemates 4-pack, your pre-paid Special Runs and Limited Edition models, your VIP swag, and admission to the evening Celebration of Horses show.

If you purchase an All-Access ticket, your master QR code will work for your event admission, your Celebration Model, your two Special Run models (either reservations or Wild Card depending on when you purchase your tickets), and your evening Celebration of Horses show admission.

If you purchase a General Admission ticket, your master QR code will work for your event admission, your Event Stablemates model, and your evening Celebration of Horses admission.

Wristbands will not be required or distributed for 2025. Your master QR code is all you need for entry or re-entry into the park. This is the only component of your master QR code that can be scanned multiple times and will be checked at all points of entry to BreyerFest. For admission into KHP attractions that are included with certain ticket types Friday to Sunday, simply show your QR code to KHP staff.

We will see you back here on the BreyerFest Blog tomorrow for a recap of this week's exciting news!

Oh yeah, a clear screen shot of the QR code should be sufficient if you want to use that other alternative. And for those without a printer, don’t forget the hotels have business centers with printers!

We used the QR codes last year and I did not want to have to deal with my cell phone while also juggling models so I printed the codes and used them that way. I had no issues and plan on using printed codes this year too. I did though print up the master code and the individual codes in case any problems cropped up. I see this year there will only be the master QR codes to use. I will though print up an order receipt to show what models I actually paid for. Just in case. So just print the codes. And by the way, there was no one manning the booths into the park so there was no need to have your QR code ready there. You just need the printed copy at the Breyerfest gate and to pick up your models.

Regarding the QR code- how does it work if you fo NOT have a cell phone or digital device to display or access the code outside of a home computer? Yes, there are some of us still around that don’t use cell phones. I can print the code for KHP entry but what about models? Purchasing SR and LR models? How would I do that if I’ m in KY and my computer is in another state?
I hoped to attend this year but this seems to be a road block
Thank you.

Will a screen shot of the QR code work or do we need to pull up the original email each time?
