BreyerFest Ticket Types & Inclusions!

We delivered some big news yesterday, that BreyerFest is officially expanding to be a four-day event. You can catch up on that news here if you missed it. Just as a reminder, unless you’re registered for the specific activities taking place at the Alltech Arena on Thursday, July 10^th, BreyerFest tickets are still only valid from Friday to Sunday of the weekend.  No other parts of BreyerFest will be open at the KHP on July 10th except for workshops and model horse shows at the Alltech Arena, and we look forward to welcoming you for all the fun July 11-13, 2025.

BreyerFest: Cheers to 75 Years! tickets will be going on sale in February of 2025, but before that happens we want to make sure that all fans are up to speed about the ins and outs of the event, whether they are attending in-person or online.  Even if you’ve attended BreyerFest previously, you’ll definitely want to stick close to the BreyerFest Blog in the coming weeks as the Events Team outlines everything you’ll need to know about BreyerFest - we’ve got some changes coming your way!

2025’s event will be our fourth hybrid BreyerFest. Tickets will be available for both the in-person experience and the online experience, and each will come with its own set of perks and access. Please be sure to read the below inclusions carefully!

For BreyerFest guests attending the event in-person, tickets will still be digital – all guests will receive an email that will contain their master QR code digital ticket information. If you would like to print this, you’re welcome to, but it is not required. Your QR code can quickly and easily be scanned from your phone. Guests will not be receiving individual QR codes for unique items any longer, just this master QR code. More on this tomorrow.  

For guests attending BreyerFest in-person, you’ll have the following ticket types to choose from:

VIP Tickets (In-Person ONLY)

Each VIP ticket will come with, or have access to, the following:

• Entry to BreyerFest all three days (July 11-13 only)
• One (1) BreyerFest Celebration Model
• One (1) complete set of BreyerFest: Cheers to 75 Years! Event Stablemates models
• Pre-select and pre-purchase two (2) Special Run models (additional cost applies)
• Pre-select and pre-purchase two (2) Limited Edition models (additional cost applies)
• Complimentary, exclusive VIP Swag pack
• Access to workshops, including exclusive VIP sessions (additional fee applies to register)
• Ability to enter BreyerFest model horse shows (additional fee applies to register)
• Ability to enter BreyerFest contests
• Enter for a chance to tour Misdee Wrigley Miller’s Hillcroft Farm, taking place Thursday, July 10th
• Access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping
• Entry to the evening Celebration of Horses Show (either Friday or Saturday)
• Plus more!

All-Access Tickets

Each All-Access ticket will come with, or have access to, the following:

• Entry to BreyerFest all three days (July 11-13 only)
• One (1) BreyerFest Celebration Model
• Ability to purchase up to two (2) Special Run models per ticket (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Access to purchase Limited Edition models (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Access to enter BreyerFest model horse shows (additional fee applies to register)
• Access to workshops (additional fee applies to register)
• Ability to enter BreyerFest contests
• Entry to the evening Celebration of Horses Show (either Friday or Saturday)
• Access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping
• Plus more!

General Admission Tickets

Each General Admission ticket will come with, or have access to, the following:

• Entry to BreyerFest all three days (July 11-13 only)
• One (1) randomly-selected Event Stablemates model, included with each ticket
• Access to purchase Limited Edition models (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Entry to the evening Celebration of Horses Show, either Friday or Saturday
• Access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping
• Plus more!

Thanks to our long-standing partnership with the Kentucky Horse Park, parking during BreyerFest weekend, including Thursday for registered workshop and model horse show participants, will be free to all attendees once again –  no parking pass required! 

For guests interested in attending virtually, you’ll have the following ticket types to choose from:

Online Traditional Access Tickets

Each Online Traditional Access ticket will come with, or have access to, the following:

• Access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping all three days, including the evening Celebration of Horses show
• One (1) BreyerFest Celebration Model
• Ability to purchase up to two (2) Special Run models from a selection of this year’s models (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Access to purchase Limited Edition models (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Access to online contests
• Plus more!

Online Stablemates Access Tickets

Each Online Stablemates Access ticket will come with, or have access to, the following:

• Access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping all three days, including the evening Celebration of Horses show
• One (1) randomly-selected Event Stablemates model included with each ticket
• Access to purchase Limited Edition models (additional cost applies to purchase)
• Plus more!

Similar to the All-Access ticket process, Online Traditional Access ticket holders who make their ticket purchases prior to the Special Run preference form deadline in the spring will have models assigned to their accounts based on their preferences and their place in the virtual line. Online Traditional Access ticket buyers who make their purchases after the preference form deadline will have two Special Run models per ticket randomly assigned to their accounts. In either case, all Online Traditional Access ticket holders will know which Special Run models they have the ability to purchase when they log in for BreyerFest weekend.

For Online Access guests, there are no digital tickets. Simply log into the BreyerHorses.com account you purchased your admission with to experience BreyerFest! Online Access tickets do not include admission to in-person BreyerFest.
