Big Changes at the Clarion!

For years, Thursday evening at the Clarion has been the “unofficial” start of BreyerFest festivities for the weekend, with the real action starting early Friday morning at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Well, with the addition of two all-day model horse shows taking place at the Clarion on Thursday in recent years, and the expansion of the Open Model Horse Show and select workshops at the Alltech Arena on Thursday at the KHP, we’ve decided to make Thursday officially official. So, as we mentioned a few weeks ago, the official start of BreyerFest weekend will now be Thursday, July 10, 2025!

BreyerFest tickets, however, will still only be valid at the KHP Friday to Sunday, July 11-13, 2025. No other BreyerFest activities will be taking place at the KHP other than the above activities at the Alltech Arena.

So, about the Clarion. Neither the Artisans’ Gallery nor the Swap Meet will be taking place on the Thursday evening of BreyerFest weekend in 2025.  Both of these events will be taking place both Friday and Saturday evening, however, so not to worry! The applications for the Swap Meet and the Artisans’ Gallery will be available in the new year after tickets go on sale in February, and will contain more information about selling at BreyerFest. 

For those of you hoping to participate in either of these activities, here is what set-up and sales times will look like:

Artisans’ Gallery – sellers must participate both Friday and Saturday evenings.

Set up:                 Friday, July 11                   3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Hours:                  Friday, July 11                  7:30 pm – 11:00 pm
                             Saturday, July 12             7:30 pm – 11:00 pm

 

Swap Meet – sellers can participate in either Friday or Saturday evening, or both.
