VIP Access ticket holders will receive the following benefits:
- 3-day on-site admission to BreyerFest, July 11-13, 2025 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY (“KHP”)
- Access to BreyerFest virtual content hosted on BreyerHorses.com
- One (1) Tight Lines model, the BreyerFest 2025 Celebration Horse ($50 USD value) for on-site pickup during BreyerFest at the KHP
- One (1) 4-pack of the Event Stablemates (a $90 USD value) for on-site pickup during BreyerFest at the KHP
- One (1) VIP Swag Pack featuring exclusive VIP merchandise (a $75 USD value for the 75th Anniversary) for on-site pickup during BreyerFest at the KHP; see below for further detail
- Ability to pre-purchase two (2) Special Run models per VIP Ticket (model selection and pre-payment required at time of VIP ticket purchase for pick up on site during BreyerFest at the KHP; see below for further detail)
- Ability to pre-purchase two (2) Limited Edition models per VIP Ticket (model selection and pre-payment is required at time of VIP ticket purchase for pick up on site during BreyerFest at the KHP; see below for further detail)
- One (1) Evening Show Admission Ticket (either Friday, July 11, 2025 or Saturday, July 12,2025; evening show tickets are limited, choice of date may not be available at time of purchase)
- Parking at the Kentucky Horse Park BreyerFest weekend (July 11-13, 2025)
- Ability to shop Limited Edition models and BreyerFest merchandise on site and online BreyerFest weekend (Note: shipping charges apply to online purchases.)
- Ability to participate in in-person and virtual workshops (additional fees may apply)
- Access to enter BreyerFest Diorama and Best Customs Contests (where allowed; see below for restrictions**)
- Access to enter BreyerFest model horse shows on site at the KHP (limited to VIP and All-Access ticket holders only, additional fee applies)

IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Guests under 7 years of age do not require a ticket, however guests do not receive the Celebration Model, Event Stablemates models, or other ticket benefits without a VIP ticket purchase.
- VIP ticket holders must select and pre-pay for two (2) Special Run and two (2) Limited Edition models at the time of VIP Ticket purchase for pick up on site at the KHP during BreyerFest July 11-13, 2025. Changes cannot be made to model selections once submitted. Inventory on each model is limited and may sell out.
- VIP ticket holders will be emailed a master QR code in June 2025 for each ticket purchased to the Breyer email addressed linked to the account tickets were purchased on. The master QR code will contain admission, Celebration Horse redemption ticket, Event Stablemates Set redemption ticket, VIP Swag Pack redemption ticket, Special Run and Limited Edition Models redemption tickets, and Evening Show admission ticket. Except for admission, the QR code can only be scanned one time for applicable items.
- If you purchase more than one VIP ticket you will be emailed multiple QR codes, one for each ticket. These will be emailed in June 2025.
- Celebration Models, Event Stablemates, and VIP Swag Packs that are not picked up on-site during BreyerFest at the KHP will be forfeited. Tickets with pre-paid orders for Special Run and/or Limited Edition models that are not redeemed on-site during BreyerFest at the KHP will be forfeited. They will not be refunded. No VIP items will be shipped.
- The account used to purchase tickets will be given access to BreyerFest virtual content. Buying more than one ticket on an account does not provide additional access to such content. Tickets cannot be transferred to another account. If multiple people need access to online content and shopping, they should purchase a ticket under their existing accounts or create a new account to purchase a ticket.
- In-stock BreyerFest models and merchandise ordered online during BreyerFest weekend will ship in late July 2025.
- All sales of BreyerFest models and merchandise are final.
- Parental supervision is required for BreyerFest attendees under the age of 13 if attending BreyerFest online, and under the age of 18 (or under the legal age of majority in the attendee’s state or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) if attending in person.
- Filming will be taking place at the event. Your ticket purchase implies consent to be recorded. See here for further details.
- **Diorama Contest is open to legal residents of the UK, Canada (excluding Quebec) and US (excluding AZ, CO, CT, MD, NE, ND, and VT). Best Customs Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding AZ, CO, CT, MD, NE, ND, and VT) only.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Notwithstanding the above, and only in the event that Breyer is forced to cancel, postpone, or transition BreyerFest 2025 to an entirely virtual (no onsite activities) event, VIP Access ticket holders may have the option to either cancel their order and receive a full refund for their ticket purchase, pre-paid Special Run and Limited Edition purchases (and in-person workshop registration fees, if applicable); to join the event virtually (in which case prepaid Special Run and Limited Edition Model(s), and Celebration model(s), Event Stablemates set(s), and VIP Swag Pack will be shipped to such VIP ticket holders participating virtually at no additional charge). Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. By visiting BreyerFest you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Under Kentucky Law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional or other person does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm animal activities. There are inherent risks of injury that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal activities.
