Friday, November 11^th

• 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Event Check-in for all attendees at the host hotel; distribution of 2022 Ponies & Palm Trees Traditional scale Event Model, Salvino.
• 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Evening Polo Match and Argentine asado (BBQ) at Grand Champions Polo Club

Saturday, November 12^th

• Tour of TYL Dressage, home of Olympic Silver Medalists Adrienne Lyle and Salvino – don’t forget to bring your models for photos and autographs!
• Tour of Santa Rita Polo Farm and Pony Express, training facilities of Leading U.S. Polo player, Nic Roldan.
• Lunch
• Saturday Night Dinner and Party poolside at host hotel – White Party!

Sunday, November 13^th

• 9:00 am to 12:30 pm - Breyer Boutique – Exclusive Special Run models, including 2022 Ponies & Palm Trees Event Stablemates model, Delray. Special Run models will be available for purchase by in-person event attendees and will range in price from $185 to $265 each.

*Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1. The Collector Club event (Ponies & Palm Trees) is limited to 200 participants and is offered for purchase by random drawing for $325 per ticket (with a limit of up to two tickets per Collector Club Member).
2. Entries must be submitted during the entry period (10:00am EDT 8/22/22 through 11:59pm EDT 8/28/22). The one hundred (100) potential winners will be notified of their selection via email from BreyerHorses.com on or about August 29, 2022.
3. If selected, each potential winner will have the opportunity to purchase up to two tickets for $325 each (limit two tickets per Collector Club Member). Tickets include the event details as described in the itinerary, subject to change. In addition, event attendees will receive one (1) exclusive 2022 Ponies & Palm Trees Traditional Scale event model "Salvino" and one Stablemates scale event model “Delray.”  Attendee must be present at the event to pick up their models or they will be forfeited. Event models may not be picked up on behalf of ticket holders not in attendance.  No models for this event will be shipped.
4. Payment must be received by 5:00 pm EDT September 1, 2022. Individuals who are selected and contacted who are not available and/or have not completed their purchase and supplied requested information by 5:00 pm EDT on 9/1/22, will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets and are automatically disqualified. The next individual on the wait list will be contacted. No exceptions.
5. By 5:00pm EDT 9/2/22, any unsold tickets will be offered to those members randomly selected from the wait list. Please do not call or email to see if you have been selected. We will contact by email those individuals who have been selected within 24 hours with instructions on how to complete their purchase.
6. Travel, meals (other than as expressly stated to the contrary above), accommodations, and travel costs to and from the host hotel are the sole responsibility of the guest.
7. You must be a current, valid Collector Club member to purchase tickets and attend. Tickets must be purchased using your name and email address only (name and email address on your current, valid Collector Club membership). Non-Collector Club members are allowed to attend as your guest. Children must be 7 years old or older to attend.
8. The name and email address of the guest of the Collector Club member entering (if entering with a guest) must be provided at the time of entry regardless of guest’s membership status in the Collector Club. 
9. No Shipping & Handling will be charged as model(s) will be picked up at the event.
10. Each ticket buyer is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax on their purchase, as required by law. 
11. Final event information, including registration forms and liability waivers, will be emailed on or about the week of 9/19/22. All information must be completed accurately, in full, and returned to Reeves at the address provided by 9/30/22. All logistical details will be provided at that time.
12. Purchases must be completed online at BreyerHorses.com. No other method of purchase is allowed.
13. This offer is excluded from all discounts, promotional codes, sales, special offers, and/or promotions.
14. Event attendance is subject to approval and contingent on completion of liability waiver, model release form, and other information prior to attending the event regardless of whether ticket purchase was completed. Ticket purchase does not automatically guarantee entrance to the event. No one will be permitted to attend the event without a ticket. No one under 7 years of age will be permitted to attend the event. Reeves reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchases at any time, and/or cancel any ticket orders.
15. Event is limited to 200 ticket holders, total. If event tickets do not sell out by 11:59pm EDT 9/8/2022 remaining tickets may be offered to general consumers/non-Collector Club members, in Reeves sole discretion.
16. All attendee information must be provided prior to attending the event. Names may not be changed. Tickets are issued in the name of the Collector Club member who has purchased their tickets using their valid Collector Club account and their named guest at time of entry. Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets may not be used for any promotional purposes whatsoever.
17. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 test prior to the event they may contact our Customer Service team for a full refund (including the guest's ticket, if applicable.) Guests cannot attend if the main ticketholder is refunded.  If any attendee tests positive during the trip, they will still receive their included event models and the opportunity to purchase Ponies & Palm Tree Special Runs at a later date but will not be refunded for the cost of the ticket. 
18. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered. Reeves reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an offer has been submitted and whether the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
19. Reeves is not responsible for lost or misdirected emails, incomplete/incorrect orders/purchases, including declined payment, and/or cancellation of orders due to missing, incorrect or incomplete information.
20. Reeves reserves the right to make changes to the product offerings, schedule, program, event, and/or ticket price at any time.
21. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
