BreyerMidwest Host Hotel Information!
The Host Hotel is our home base. It’s also where we host the Swap Meet and Artisans’ Gallery on Saturday evening of BreyerMidwest weekend.
For our 2025 event, we have partnered with the Holiday Inn Salina, a fabulous property that offers a lot of amenities. A block of rooms has been set aside for BreyerMidwest participants. You may click here to book your room or call the hotel directly and reference BreyerMidwest when making your reservations. The rate is $103/night for a single or double occupancy. This rate does not include breakfast, but the hotel does have a restaurant on site.

This hotel is located 15 minutes (5 miles) from the Saline County Livestock Expo Center and only a few minutes from shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery will be taking place at the host hotel on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 7:00 to 10 pm in the Sunflower Ballroom. Tables for this will be on sale when event registrations go on sale in early December.
Breyer retailers are NOT permitted to participate in the Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery. Please note – this hotel DOES NOT permit room sales.
