Time for a Reveal!

Time for a Reveal!

We hope all our BreyerFest Blog readers had an enjoyable weekend. Were you able to guess our clue?

When the Events Team discovered this niche snack food of yore, we knew we just HAD to name a BreyerFest model in honor of this delightful, donkey-driven confection.

In the late 1890s and early 1900s, Peanutine was a treat that was unique to the shores of Old Orchard Beach in Maine and sold to customers via a peanut-shaped wagon pulled by a tandem of donkeys. The recipe is simple and can be found here, and while there is little known about how many of these adorable wagons were made, their legacy lives on through beautiful postcards that have been preserved.

To pay tribute to this adorably odd piece of driving history, our Peanutine model has been done as a handsome dark brown spotted donkey on Brighty, mold #375, sculpted by the iconic Chris Hess.

This Special Run model will be available to VIP and All-Access Ticket holders and will make a great addition to your Brighty conga!  We will see you right back here on the BreyerFest Blog tomorrow for more!

Aww! I love him!
I really wish he was available for online peoplets, but I understand you have to keep them limited. :) So grateful you are letting us have a SR at all this year. Looking forward to the next release for virtual folks!

Very cute! But again, not offered to online ticket holders. What a shame. So far the only one offered online is the only one I won’t buy.

Love this one! Unfortunately work prevents me from ever attending live at Breyerfest, so now y’all are 2 for 2 on SRs that I love but will not be available to online attendees. I suppose my wallet will thank you this year since I way overspent last year. But still…… ugh

Adorable! I wish I could win him ❤️!

So cute!

Love this, especially the niche history (the fact I recently lost my Beagle Clementine and this is named close enough I probably would have nicnamed her Peanutine if she were still around tugs at my heart). Wish she was for the Online Traditional Ticket since I don’t have the funds to actually make it out to Kentucky this year (which is a let down as I’ve gone 2019-2022).

Double Wow and this one is so pretty and beautiful and I can’t wait until Breyerfest and so I can get this beautiful horse and add it to my Breyer horse Collection for good and forever.

I was kind of hoping for something on the st.Bernard mold just because they are large working dogs but this brighty is cute too!! Wish I could attend this year, it’s on my bucket list to make it to a breyerfest ❤️

I live in Maine sad I can’t get one.
