We are kicking off this year’s Fling! Pop-up Souvenir Shop models with this stunner that we teased you with last week.  Did you guess right?

Say hello to this year’s Freedom Series-scale decorator model – Greenman!  Done on Melanie Miller’s Walking Draft Horse, mold #668, this mossy-colored model painted with a splatter technique features a horned Greenman on his barrel - a nod to the ancient Celtic god Cernunnos - with a face made of lush oak leaves and surrounded by flitting fairies.

 

There is no better way to celebrate the start of the summer pastoral season than with a fun frolic through the woods!  Come dance with the fairies and hail the Oak King’s return with this magical model!

I usually don’t like the decorator models, I Think they’re to busy, but y’all at Breyer did a good job at adding lots of detail without it being overwhelming! Love Him!!!
