Final Week!

VIP, All-Access, and Online Traditional Access ticket holders – this is your FINAL WEEK to get those diorama entries done! 

Dioramas must be emailed to dioramas@reevesintl.com by 5 pm eastern daylight time on Friday, June 21, 2024.  We highly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to submit your entry because the attached images can hold it up in cyberspace!  Late entries will not be accepted!

This year’s Pop Culture That Pops theme is all about showcasing how interesting moments from history have shaped popular culture!  From great moments in sports, to advents in technology, to inspiring entertainment, pop culture shapes our lives and we want to see which moment you think is the most special!

Important things to remember –

• All entries must contain at least one Breyer model, excluding CollectA
• All entries must fit within a 12” cube (with one image including a ruler for scale)
• Dioramas CANNOT contain any trademarks or logos. This means it’s time to let those puns and parodies shine!  Here at HQ, we LOVE puns.  (You can, however, mention the specific thing your diorama is representing in the description in your email.  No one sees those except the judges.)
• If you’ll be joining us in Kentucky, we would love to see your diorama! On Friday and Saturday of BreyerFest weekend, Dioramas can be displayed at the Clarion in the Lexington/Keenland/Gainsway rooms.  Please make sure to pick your entry up on Saturday by 7 pm, before the start of the Social Media Meetup!
• Make sure you submit all the requested information in your email and that your images are attached and named correctly!
• And finally, as mentioned above, do not wait until the last minute to submit your entry! We have no control over cyberspace, and if something delays your entry and it arrives after 5 pm Eastern time, we can’t accept it.  And we know how much hard work you’ve put in.  So let’s all just pretend the submission deadline is 4:45 pm on the 21^st and go with that.

Our five winners in each age group will receive a rosette and a beautiful glossy version of this year’s Celebration Horse, Athenian Lady.
