The most popular sport in Germany, which attracts thousands of fans across the globe, is football – more commonly known in America as soccer. Germany is known for producing outstanding football players who have played in and won numerous championship games around the world. Also known for its supportive, dedicated, and loud fans, a football game in Germany never disappoints! 

The German National Team has appeared in the FIFA World Cup 19 times and currently holds the title for second most World Cup wins. Contributing eight players to the national team, which is the most out of any other state team, is Bayern Munich, which is Germany’s biggest, most popular, and most successful team.
